|SUAF 2018 National Alumni Conference - Vendor Registration|
The National Alumni Conference for Southern University Alumni Federation will be held July 19-22, 2018 in the Smith-Brown Memorial Student Union on the campus of Southern University-Baton Rouge,located at 801 Harding Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA 70813. The Conference will be a great opportunity to showcase your programs, services, and products. Vendor spaces will be available until all are contracted or by the deadline noted below. Make your reservations as soon as possible. Spaces are on a first paid, first served basis.
Souvenir Book/Payment submissions are due May 15, 2018.
Vendor applications and payments are due June 30, 2018.
Note: Late Vendor applications are subject to availability and vendor space cost;

Notice: Upon approval of your application an email confirmation will be sent to you. It will also include driving directions, shipping/freight and additional setup information. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.
